| About Villas for Sale in Italy Villas For Sale in Italy is owned and managed by 3 partners, 2 British and one Italian. Nigel Blake, Habeeb Marouf and Maria Esposito. VSI came about as a result of our activity for 7 years in vacation rental in Italy (through Italy All Year) , when from time to time visitors would enquire about the possibility of purchasing property in Italy. This, together with our experience of having purchased several properties of our own, lead us to create VSI, since when we have had the pleasure of conducting several successful purchases for non-Italian citizens. Our main function is to provide a service that makes the purchasing of property in Italy an easy and trouble free affair. To do this we endeavor to furnish our clients with as much information as possible before and after they arrive in Italy as well as to act as information go-between when dealing with the important aspects of purchase. Our properties are from selected agents or private vendors which we display for sale on the website.
