This renovation project is located on a hillside that overlooks the bay of Punta Tresino, which is in the National Park of Cilento. It is on two levels and in need of complete restoration.

There is land of 10,000 Sq. m which is covered mainly in the typical greenery of the Mediterranean as well as, we are given to understand, a few olive trees.

Perfect for a restoration project for an agriturism activity or as a seaside retreat in the beauty and tranquility of the Cilento coast.

It is easily reached from Castellabate a few kilometres away, a village itself directly on the shores of the Mediterranean, providing all of the necessary local amenities, shops and services.

Local Delights: The sea, olive trees, olive oil, wine, fresh air, pristine landscapes, longevity and philosophical contemplation.

The Cilento region has become famous for its inhabitants' long-lived lives, probably due to a combination of high oxygen (you can definitely sniff it early morning), olive oil (believe us, its the best), chili peppers and, if the locals are to be believed, having many children. However, for men, you are advised to bring your own women -at least to start - and women, you are advised to keep an eye on your men.

Moreover, this part of cilento is littered with signs of early "philosophical activity", dating back to the 6th Century BC. Indeed, the whole of the Cilento Coast was inhabited by some of the greatest philosophers of all time, among them Parmenides -he who asked "Why, prey tell, is there something rather than nothing?" He was of course referring to the universe, why it existed in the first place, and for that, he set off an enquiry that remains unresolved till today. You are invited to try your hand at finding an answer, especially if you also come to live in this most splendid part of the world. If you don't quite find the answer though, you can console yourself with excellent wine and delicious cuisine, among other delights.

Over all comments: A perfect opportunity to acquire a restoration project with great potential due to the stunning location.
