This lovely 3 level property is
set in very large and private enchanting gardens, overlooking the glittering
Mediterranean, only a few hundred metres away. It
is surrounded by a wonderful patio area most conducive
for sitting or dinning in the warm climate that characterises
this region.
Externally and internally the villa is well cared
for, and its arrangement is accommodating as either
a family dwelling, or as a seaside retreat to enjoy the beauty
and tranquility of the Cilento coast.
It is easily reached from Castellabate a few kilometres
away, a village itself directly on the shores of the
Mediterranean, providing all of the necessary local
amenities, shops and services. Agropoli train station is 15 minutes by car, and Amalfi, Positano, Naples (& the airport) are 90 minutes by ferry or train/car. The closest major city, Salerno, is 50 minutes by car or train.

The main villa is on three levels, with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms:
- First level - a living room with a wood fire place, kitchen area and bathroom.
- Second level - another living room with wood fire place, 2 large bedrooms one with en suit bathroom
- Third level - 2 more bedrooms and a third bathroom.
- In addition there is a separate building which has a garage below and a studio flat above, with a bathroom.
There are 4200 square metres of grounds and the sea is 200 metres away, which you can get down to easily, though very sandy beaches are 800 metres away near Castellabate.
External
The property is in very good condition, well looked after and ready for habitation. The grounds are well cared for, with fruit trees and Mediterranean shrubs and plants.
Local Delights:
The sea, olive trees, olive oil, wine, fresh air,
pristine landscapes, longevity and philosophical
contemplation. The many archeological sites, including the Greco-Roman temple at Paestum and Elea are a short drive (20 minutes).
The Cilento region has become famous for its inhabitants'
long-lived lives, probably due to a combination of
high oxygen,
olive oil (one of the best in the world), chili peppers
and, if the locals are to be believed, having many
children.
Moreover, this part of cilento is littered with signs
of early "philosophical activity", dating
back to the 6th Century BC. Indeed, the whole of the
Cilento Coast was inhabited by some of the greatest
philosophers of all time, among them Parmenides, Pythagoras and Zeno. If you don't
quite find the answer they were searching however, you may console yourself
with excellent wine and delicious cuisine, among other
delights.

of activity and interest.
